“Building, one project at a time.”
A growing studio for apps, games, and entertainment, built with AI as a collaborator.
I founded Dev Style Studios in July 2026 to build software: apps, games, and entertainment projects, using AI-assisted development to move quickly from idea to working product. I'm currently running it as a founder-operator, but I'm building it with the intent to grow a team around it, not stay a one-person shop.
Two projects are currently in development: Capacity Cue and DineroQuest, both early-stage and in active design and documentation.
A quick way to say how much you have to give, without the explaining. Capacity Cue lets you signal your day-to-day energy and bandwidth to the people close to you, partners, family, whoever needs to know, faster than a conversation and more precise than “I'm tired.” The MVP is built and currently in private testing on TestFlight with a small group of users, ahead of any public release.
A bilingual financial-education app built for families, DineroQuest teaches money-management concepts through structured, game-like quests rather than lessons. It's designed from the ground up for Spanish- and English-speaking households learning together. Currently in the documentation and planning stage, with the app's structure and rules defined ahead of development.
Managed the residential lending pipeline through funding, coordinating across stakeholders. Led market development for the Middle Tennessee region, cultivating relationships and engaging the community.
Managed the full lending operation: client acquisition, pipeline management, and stakeholder coordination through close. Cultivated client relationships across the full loan journey, from first conversation to closing. Remote, production-focused role guiding clients through home financing. Best month of personal origination: $1.2M (December 2025).
Managed operations for a commercial and consumer loan portfolio serving 3,000+ clients, for a fintech startup spanning Banking-as-a-Service, lending, and education products, later focused on lending after a strategic pivot. Reduced loan processing time by approximately 40% through process optimization and KPI tracking.
Built and rolled out a weekly, delinquency-tiered collection letter process, writing the SOPs and templates myself, and cut serious delinquency from about 62% to 24% of cohorts within four months. Identified TILA and Patriot Act disclosure gaps through an internal audit and owned the loan agreement's ongoing compliance review. Kept the operating budget and helped wind the company down when funding was pulled.
Built customer service operations from zero: applicant support, loan servicing, collections, and an automated call-routing system. Coordinated a 12-member cross-functional team through a BaaS market entry and lending-operations launch in about four months, and separately directed an outsourced vendor team, handling requirements translation, workflow and SOP design, and testing.
Flagged and resolved a cluster of fraudulent loan applications through cross-platform verification, then proposed a compliant identity-verification alternative that expanded loan access for legitimate applicants. Launched the tiered collection-letter program later built out under the Director role.
Managed a mortgage production team with a peak monthly pipeline of about $5M and roughly a 25-day average cycle time, overseeing origination end to end from application through funding, working alongside underwriters and processors to stay compliant.
Processed residential mortgage loans from application to close, coordinating underwriting, title, and closing requirements.
