Former Director of Operations at Nuestro Financial, where I helped build the product-operations infrastructure behind lending and Banking-as-a-Service initiatives. My work spanned loan origination systems, vendor integrations, mobile app testing, customer onboarding, KYC/AML workflows, reporting, SOP development, and revenue operations support for a customer base that grew from zero to 3,000+ users.
